Tempranillo grapes sourced from old vineyards. Exhaustive grape selection of the best grapes that are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Once completed, a malolactic fermentation is conducted to improve the mouth-feel and complexity of this wine. After the second fermentation is completed, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 to 6 months at our fully sustainable underground cellar.

Tasting Notes

LOOK
Deep red ruby color, attractive and bright. Light purple edging, which leaves behind fine tears in the glass.
SMELL
It has a pronounced intensity on the nose, predominated by fresh aromas of red fruit (red cherry, raspberry) along with more developed black fruit (black plum). Subtle spicy notes complement
these aromas. Maturation notes coming from its aging process of 6 months in French and American oak barrels (coconut, vanilla) enhance these primary aromas. It is starting to develop some tertiary aromas (leather and forest floor).
TASTE
It has a pronounced intensity of fresh red fruit, long lasting on the palate along with vanilla, coconut and spice notes. It has a silky, fine-grained tannin that washes off with its balanced
acidity. A full-bodied wine, very fruity, that surprises us with its different layers of complex aromas and flavors.
