Red wine aged in French and American oak barrels.
Tempranillo grapes sourced from old vineyards. Exhaustive grape selection of the best grapes that are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Once completed, a malolactic fermentation is conducted to improve the mouth-feel and complexity of this wine. After the second fermentation is completed, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 to 6 months at our fully sustainable underground cellar.
