Tasting Notes

SIGHT
Medium pale lemon, attractive and bright. Leaves behind fine tears in the glass.
NOSE
Pronounced intensity, predominated by fresh tropical fruit aromas (pineapple and melon) and citric fruit to a lesser extent (lemon). Fruit aromas are enhanced by oak maturation aromas (vanila and clove).
PALATE
Great tropical and citric fruit intensity, long-lasting on the palate, complemented by vanila and spice. It has a crisp acidity, which leaves behind a refreshing sensation on the palate. Easy to enjoy and pair.
