White wine Encascado
Careful selection of the best 100% Airén grapes from old vines. These grapes have been fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, their peculiar elaboration rescues one of La Mancha’s practices of more than 100 years ago, where the white grape must is fermented together with its skins (casca), in what was formerly called “vinos encascados”.
