Once the best-suited grapes for young wine have been selected, a cold film maceration is carried out for 4 hours to favor the extraction of aromas. Subsequently, the fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature.

SIGHT
Bright yellow-lemon, attractive and of medium intensity. Leaves behind fine tears in the glass.
NOSE
Fresh green apple and stone fruit aromas (nectarine and peach), enhanced by citric fruit notes (lemon, grapefruit) and floral notes (honeysuckle).
PALATE
Long lasting and pronounced fresh stone fruit intensity, complemented by citric and floral flavors. Lively and vibrant acidity, that leaves behind a pleasant and perfumed sensation on the palate. Easy to pair and enjoy.
